Welcome to Rule the Sand ("we," "us," "our"), a directory of beach volleyball courts, groups, and events at rulethesand.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

What Rule the Sand Is

Rule the Sand is a directory. We aggregate publicly available information and accept community submissions to help people find beach volleyball courts, groups, leagues, and events. We do not organize, host, or run the groups, courts, or events listed here, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any organizer, group, or participant.

Accuracy of Information

Listings are compiled from public sources and user submissions and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We make reasonable efforts to verify information but do not guarantee accuracy. Always confirm details (schedule, location, cost, requirements) directly with the organizer before attending.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

User Submissions

If you submit content (a correction, a chat link, a claim, or other information), you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate any law or third party's rights. We review submissions before they go live and may reject or remove any submission at our discretion. Submitting content does not create any ownership, employment, or partnership relationship with us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, spam, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent our moderation or rate-limiting systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish our directory data at scale without permission
• Use the site to harass, harm, or discriminate against others

Third-Party Links and Platforms

Rule the Sand links to third-party platforms (Meetup, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and others) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of those platforms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Rule the Sand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any listed court, group, or event is safe, accurate, currently active, or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rule the Sand and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the site or your participation in any listed activity, group, or event.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
